Velamed App "linear force" for Noraxon MR4
The combination of EMG and force measurement allows for even deeper insights into muscle function.
EMG measurement can be used to record the electrical activity of muscles. Synchronous force measurement via the linear force sensor complements this data to obtain information on muscle force output and efficiency.
- How much force can be applied?
- Which muscles contribute what to this force output?
- Are there asymmetries in the right-left comparison in terms of force and/or activation?
Test positions included in the package:
- Cervical spine: Extension
- Shoulder: External rotation and internal rotation
- Hip: Extension and Abduction
- Knee: Extension and Flexion
- Ankle: Plantarflexion and Dorsiflexion
If you do not fully possess the necessary technology, please contact us at reports@velamed.com. Together, we can discuss how/if the tests can be implemented with your existing technology.
Minimum technology requirements:
1 Linear Force sensor connected to 1 Ultium-EMG Sensor
At least 2 additional Ultium-EMG Sensors
It is possible to develop further test protocols independently.
After your purchase, we will contact you by e-mail.
