The Cutting Movement Assessment Score (CMAS)
is a scientifically validated screening tool for the qualitative analysis of change-of-direction movements (side-step cuts). Based on nine clearly defined criteria, the test assesses critical posture and technique errors (e.g., knee valgus, low knee/hip flexion) in under three minutes. Studies have shown these errors to correlate with a significantly increased risk of non-contact anterior cruciate ligament injuries.

Minimum Technology Requirements:
At least 3 synchronized cameras (Ninox120 or Ninox240)
(Camera distance approx. 2m to the working area, the penultimate step should be visible in every frame)
