Cancellation by the participant
If a participant cancels their registration, the following conditions apply:
Cancellations must be made in writing. The time at which the cancellation terms are determined is the time Velamed receives the cancellation.
The following cancellation terms apply:
Up to 14 days before the event: free cancellation
Up to 7 days before the event: 50% of the participation fee will be refunded
From 6 days before the event or in case of no-show: No refund of the participation fee is possible.
A substitute participant can also be appointed. Termination of the contract after the start of the event is not possible.
